Where are you located?

I have a perpetual trophy/plaque/other item that needs an update to it. How do I get that to you?

Where are you located?

We work from a Lakewood location, but at this time we do not have a “brick and mortar” store. You can see our products and shop online at www.dandeco.com. Your orders will be delivered to you, either in-person, or using USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx services. If you are an established customer who has historically picked up your orders from us, there will be no charge for delivery to you.

I have a perpetual trophy/plaque/other item that needs an update to it. How do I get that to you?

If you are an established local (984 zip codes, Dupont, and Steilacoom) customer with a business location, just let us know it is time for an update and we’ll retrieve the item, update it, and return it to you. If you are a new customer, outside our local area, or don’t have a business location, if you are able to remove the plate that the update would be added to, send the plate to us (PO Box 99206; Lakewood, WA 98496), and we’ll update it and send it back to you.

I have a personal item (such as jewelry, medal received from an event, trophy to be repurposed) that I would like to have personalized. Can you do that?

If you are an established local (984 zip codes, Dupont, and Steilacoom) customer with a business location, let us know what you have and we will advise you if it’s something we can do. If it is, we’ll retrieve it, complete the work, and return it to you. If you are a new customer, outside our local area, or don’t have a business location, if the item can be mailed, contact us with the details of the item and what you would like done; we will advise you if it’s something we can do. If it is, send the item to us (PO Box 99206; Lakewood, WA 98496), and we’ll complete the work and send it back to you.

We generally work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, but you can shop on our website (www.dandeco.com) or send us an email (info@dandeco.com) anytime.

I tried to call during your work hours, but no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message. What do I do?

We are sometimes out of the office doing deliveries, or we might have already been on the phone with another customer. The best way to leave us a message it to click on the Contact Us tab on our website and then Send Us an Email at the bottom of that page or send us an email directly to info@dandeco.com. We will answer emails as quickly as we can, but if you don’t see a reply from us in a timely manner, please check your email’s “Spam” folder to make sure we didn’t get filtered by your email provider.

How long does it take to get my order?

For most items, please allow 7 business days for your order to be completed. For orders being delivered outside our local area (984 zip codes, Dupont, and Steilacoom), please also add shipping time. However, if you are able to give us a little more than a week, we really appreciate it.

Can I request a rush order?

Out of respect for customers with whom we have already committed to a specific due date, we cannot always accept rush orders. Contact us by email to info@dandeco.com with the specifics of your rush request (items needed, date needed, etc.). If we are able to complete your request without jeopardizing the completion of already accepted jobs, we will do so. We will notify you whether we can or cannot complete your requested rush and, if so, advise you of any rush charges that might need to be applied. We are generally not able to accept rush jobs between May 15 and June 30 because of end-of-school-year orders being worked on during this period.
